1. Services
San Diego Appliance Pros provides professional appliance repair services for residential customers in San Diego County & Surrounding Areas. Our services include diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of household appliances including but not limited to refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, and microwaves.
2. Service Fee
Our service call and diagnostic fee is $89. This fee covers the technician's visit and complete diagnosis of your appliance problem. If you proceed with the repair, this fee may be applied toward the total repair cost. All pricing is provided upfront before any work begins.
3. Warranty
We provide a 90-day warranty on parts and labor for repairs performed by our technicians. This warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship but does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents
- Normal wear and tear
- Repairs performed by others
- Problems unrelated to the original repair
- Cosmetic damage
4. Scheduling and Cancellation
Scheduling: We offer same-day service when available. Service windows are provided to accommodate your schedule.
Cancellation: Please provide at least 2 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Repeated no-shows may result in a service fee for future appointments.
5. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. All prices quoted are in US dollars. You agree to pay for all services rendered as quoted by our technician.
6. Customer Responsibilities
As our customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your appliance and its issues
- Ensure safe access to the appliance for our technicians
- Remove items from around the appliance as needed for repair
- Be present (or have an authorized adult present) during service
- Inform us of any known hazards at the service location
7. Limitation of Liability
San Diego Appliance Pros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service that gave rise to the claim.
8. Independent Service Provider
San Diego Appliance Pros is an independent appliance repair service company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by any appliance manufacturer. All brand names, logos, and trademarks mentioned on our website are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
9. Website Use
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission
