My dishwasher will not drain and it is built into brick. Is that fixable?

Usually. The fault is more often the drain path than the machine: a blocked air gap, a high loop that was never formed, or a disposal knockout plug still in place from the install. Those are all correctable without moving the dishwasher, which matters when the opening is masonry.

The washer walks across the floor on spin in an old building. Why?

Converted floors are rarely level and are often timber over a much older structure. A machine that is out of level or resting on one soft point will move under an unbalanced load. We level it properly, check the suspension rods or dampers, and only then look at the bearing.

Do you work in buildings with no service entrance or loading area?

Yes. Most Gaslamp conversions have no dock and street loading is limited, so we bring what the job needs rather than the whole van and plan the timing around access. Let us know about lift restrictions or a doorman when you book.
