I am the tenant. Can I book, with the owner paying?

Yes, that is a normal arrangement here. We need the owner or manager to authorise the work and settle the invoice, but the tenant can hold the appointment and give access. Tell us the arrangement when booking so the approval goes to the right person.

The disposal hums but nothing turns.

That is a jam, and the motor is usually fine. Something hard has stopped the plate, so the motor stalls and draws current until the overload trips. It is cleared from the underside with the hex key and the reset button. If it trips again straight after, the bearing has gone.

Can you service a whole building on one visit?

Yes. If several units in the same property have faults, book them together and we work through them in one trip, which is cheaper than separate visits. One $89 diagnosis fee still applies per machine, and it is waived on each one we go on to repair.
