My combination washer-dryer never really dries the load.

On a ventless machine the condenser channel and its filter clog with lint, and drying performance falls off long before anything breaks. Cleaning that path restores most of it. Overloading is the other cause: these machines dry a much smaller load than they wash.

Can you turn a repair around between rental guests?

Often, if the part is a common one and we know the model in advance. Send the model number when you book and we can check stock before arriving. Anything that has to be ordered is out of our hands, and we will be straight with you about the timing.

Are parts for slimline appliances harder to get?

Somewhat. Compact and European-sized models sell in lower volume, so the supply chain is thinner and lead times run longer than for a mainstream full-size machine. We confirm the fault first, then order once, rather than trying parts in sequence.
